We all know that google is the most used search engine of all time. But did you also know that it has some hidden tricks you can actually try? You use it every day just to look up different things. However, it has plenty of tricks up its sleeve.
First, you should start setting up Google. For doing this, there are some steps you must follow. After that, it will freely allow you to procrastinate all the time you want.

The first step you need to do, is to head down to your settings on the main google page. To do this, you must be logged into your account.

Once you are on your account settings, you need to click on "search settings" . You will see what is on the screen, you need to disable private results

For our next trick - did you know Google has the upmost respect for Chuck Norris? Even they know that he is something else. Ask google to "find Chuck Norris", and check out what Google has to say!
3. It looks like Google’s hungry!
Do you have time to play a fun game, all while browing google? Type in Zerg Rush, click on "I'm feeling lucky" and check it out.
4. If you are trying to figure out the answer to life
Just ask Google ;) if you type "the answer of like the universe and everything" on Google, they know they answer and will show it to you!
5. Type in “Atari Breakout” then go to images.
Here it is: the answer to boredom. Atari Breakout is one of the most iconic games of the 80's. If you want to play it, all you have to do is type "Atari Breakout", click on search and then go to the images search results. Happy gaming!
6. If you have OCD, don't do this one!
If you like things straight and tidy, I certainly do not recommend you doing this. If you look for the meaning of the word "askew", you'll notice the results will match the definition.
7. Almost last but not least.
Did you know google is also very athletic? No, really. Type “Do a barrel roll” and see what happens. Who knew google could do that?
8. You can calculate exact tip amount for your meals.
This tool is a lifesaver whenever you're out with friends! You can also adjust the percentage and number of people dining.
9. Google can tell you when your favorite show is on.
If you have no VCR and you keep losing track of showtimes for your favorite shows on TV, Google will tell you when the show you like will be playing on your location. Now you will not miss it anymore!
10. You can have Google find songs by bands you like.
This is a great way to discover new music and to add a bunch of new artists in your list!
11. Make private searches.
Google despite its vast features don’t seem fit for privacy enthusiasts because of the tracking concerns. An alternative – Startpage (also known as lxquick) – allows you to make Google searches without worrying about its tracking or other privacy problems. It shows searches from the Google but don’t track your IP address or your location info or such.
12. What sounds animals make.
When we were kids, we had that spinning thing where you pulled the cord and it came up with a random animal sound. Now Google does that when you search for the sound a particular animal makes. Super cool to show to a kid.
13. Type “Qingming”.
Google’s results page for the Chinese word meaning “pure brightness” is a beautiful tribute to the annual Qingming Festival in China, celebrating the spring.
14. It can give you information on any company.
Just type the company name, for example, “google” in the search bar.
15. Google can convert for you.
No more money converting issues at the time of travelling! It converts using the current exchange rate of any currency!
16. If you get tired of typing, Google can do a search for you by voice.
Just click on the microphone icon and speak. This works wonders if you're trying to search for something using our mobile phone.
17. It can also translate for you!
Even in Japanese! While translations may not be 100% accurate, they can be very accurate and will give a good general sense of the text translated. It's good if you want to read news in other languages!
