1. If you smoke. Give it up!
Smoking is a habit we usually take on when we're young, and the longer we do it, the harder it becomes to overcome. It is not healthy at all and it doesn’t look good on you. Some people thinks that it looks cool or even turns a person into a more interesting one but that is a huge lie! Change it, talk about interesting things. That is something that looks good!
2. Stop eating junk food
I feel you! I know it tastes awesome and its one of the best feelings on earth but after eating this, you’ll feel fat and heavy. Try changing for a cool and abundant healthier meal - it doesn't have to be salad, but just healthier cooking. Your body and health will thank you in the end!
3. Maintain or fix your family relationships
Family it is something you don’t specifically choose but most of them will be the closest relationships you’ll have for your whole life. Having a good relationship with them will help have a lifetime support no matter what you or they do. We all need it to survive! Believe me it is beautiful to create healthy relationships between your pairs.
4. Use sunscreen
Sometimes, you feel like wearing it will prevent your body from getting tanned. However, it is the opposite way around. If you don’t put it on your body will get red instead of dark and cool. Leaving out the healthy part where using it prevents you from the UV rays that can hurt your skin.
5. Exercise regularly
Build an active lifestyle and when you turn 50 years old your body will thank you. Do not gain weight if you are in the right one; Exercise, is good for your body.
6. Start saving money, it doesn’t matter if it is a lot or not.
This is a great habit that will help you a lot in the future. It will help you measuring which things are important and the ones that are not that important. It will also help you organize a lot more with your earnings.
7. Learn to be happy with what you already have
The best way of enjoying yourself is realizing everything that you learn and earned throughout the years. If you don’t appreciate all you have, nothing matters, so everything turn out making no sense at all. Be aware of that!
8. Don’t leave your life goals for other time!

9. Sleep more
You should know that sleeping is very important for your health. It doesn’t matter if you have lots of things to do. Sleeping always comes first as your body will definitely need it some time. pay attention to organize yourself well and leaving your sleeping time free. Be careful, sleeping too much is not good either! You should be balanced like in everything else.
10. Take care of your teeth
Go to the dentist now. Dental problems will only get worse with the passage of time, and crowns, implants and extractions are uncomfortable, expensive, and a long process. If you now have a way to pay them, future accounts will not hurt that much.
11. Gather nice thoughts instead of material things
It would be pretty sad remembering at the age of 50 that you went through your whole life thinking only in material stuff. Try paying more attention to the real important things that have more to do with nice and closest memories.
12. Give without asking for anything in exchange
Give as little people give. They don’t ask for anything because they are “giving”. Try to offer somebody a nice smile, a hug or try helping anyone who needs it. I promise you will feel rewarded just for doing it.

The list of benefits is endless. Also, it only costs a small amount of your time per day. The change in your life and with the people around you will be amazing, believe me.
17. Be yourself
There is no better thing than being yourself. You will feel more comfortable with yourself without having to make the effort to fake anything. People will probably love you and if they don’t they were not meant to be by your side. At least, you were being yourself.
18. Write a journal or diary
Unfortunately, you will forget more of your treasured memories of what you will remember. If you register them in writing, they will be invaluable for you in the future. You can do it on a computer, this will make things easier for you. You can even paste pictures in each file. Your children will love you for that. They will love to see what you have written all your life!
19. Own a house
Start paying for a house, as soon as you can! You will own it by the age of 50 if you are now around your 20’s. It is something beautiful to know you own a whole house! You’ll be proud of yourself.
20. Choose your friends well
They will be with you for all your life! They are like a family you choose, people who support you no matter the situation you are in and will help you go through anything. You should always keep in touch and give them the importance they deserve.
