We all have that time when our whole body is out of control and we don’t know what Is happening. Even though all of us mostly know that sometime our body will change, we always think that it is too early for that. We start changing our voice that is something that is not enjoyable at all. It gets scratchy and sometimes it also hurts a little. Tall people, they start growing so their legs hurt a little too. Here we are sharing some of the things that only teenagers who have gone through puberty will get.
Temperature

We are never cold! No matter what. It can be raining and it can also be 8 am in the morning with the coldest breeze in the world. However, our bodies will stay warm. We look at everyone else with a lot of clothes on, but don’t understand how they do it.
Acne

It doesn’t matter how careful we can be with what we eat and drink, pimples will appear. At night while we sleep or in the morning when we wake up. We don’t understand how did that happen. You think for yourself: “I brushed my teeth, cleaned my face before I went to sleep and didn’t eat fast food” what the #$%j happened???”
Smells

Without any warning, we will start smelling weird. Right after we run some blocks or even after playing football. We don’t get why we need to put deodorant on. Well, we actually know why because we are living eat. However, we cannot get how did that happen.
Voice change

One day, you’ll wake up and your voice will start sounding as a whistle. This means that your voice is changing so it will sound like that but if you wait some more days, it will also start sounding raspy too. This is all part of the same process. PUBERTY.
Period

This one is for you girls. There will come a day when your parents will give you THE famous TALK. It is actually not as weird and tragic as it sounds, however, some of us suffer a lot from ovarian pain. That is bothering.
Sadness

You feel like it is the end of the world and that everything is wrong, in those days anyone can help you being happy, anyone gets you…
Nobody needs you

You feel like nobody needs you and that you don’t need anybody either. So, you prefer staying alone most of the time.
Hairs

You start growing hair in places you would never imagined. Armpits, some places of your face an so on… it is quite uncomfortable, not to say disgusting. Well, the disgusting part is debatable. It is not accepted by society. However, some people affirm that they feel dirtier.
People and their opinion

People are always judging you and expecting you to delete all that hair but it is not that simple. You need to be careful with your judgement and with everyone else’s opinion. You can’t please everybody. Try pleasing yourself in the first place.
Hunger

Basically, you are hungry all the time. Anything you have on your house needs to be eaten. It doesn’t matter if it is sweet or salty but you need to eat it NOW. You should definitely be careful with those hunger attacks; they can hurt your belly and make you feel bad also.
Clumsiness

You can start being a little clumsier than you were. It can happen don’t mortify yourself. But be careful in the streets you can easily fall while walking or maybe just stumble with something.
Guys

Your ugly classmate starts looking attractive in some way. You start seeing some boys differently.
In love

Even though everyone tells you that it is a matter of time until you stop liking him, you know it is true love. You definitely want to marry him, of course everything happened all in a sudden.
Avoiding your parents

You do everything it takes to avoid your parents saying: “we need to talk”. Those are the worst words in the whole world for a child. So, hey parents, if you are reading this, right it down!
Their talks

They talk about sex when we already know mostly everything they are talking about. For you to know, it is the most uncomfortable way of engaging the topic. Try something else, try making it simpler please!
Thinking about it

Now that somebody talked about it, you can’t stop thinking about it. Sex becomes one of the main issues and topic of conversation with friends.
Embarrassment

Is it normal that your parents embarrass you all the time in front of all your friends? Yes, people! It is completely normal. They try to look still young but they try it so hard that ends up being embarrassingly fake.
Your brothers

They will never get the significance of personal space. You’ll find them everywhere at any time. if you share your bedroom with them it is worst. So be patient and try understanding. Don’t freak out. Everything will be all right. I promise. At least in the end!
Acceptance

Until this process of puberty ends you need to accept that is part of the life we live in. that it is completely natural and that you need to face it in the better way you can.
Life goes on

People, the truth is that life goes on. That everyone must go through it and that you will definitely be all right. I promise, but remember, don’t panic!
