Annelies Marie Frank was born on June 12th, 1929 in Frankfurt, Germany. She is one of the victims of the Holocaust and she became famous for her diary which documents her life during the German occupation of the Netherlands in World War II. Her father Otto Frank was the one in charge of publishing the diary after her death.
