Sometimes we think eating healthy is being on a diet. However that is not the case! Healthy eating does not necessarily mean eating food to lose weight or aid in your fitness, but to eat food that is good for you and your body – everything else comes as an added bonus. And be wary, too… eating healthy doesn’t mean eating all fruits and veggies and calling it a day.
Multiple studies have discovered that some types of vegetables can even change your sense of humor. For example, eating too much grapefruit can get you down and also make you feel blue.
