The FIFA World Cup qualification process was a series of tournaments organised by the six FIFA confederation to decide 31 of the 32 teams which will play in the 2018. The World Cup is the largest international team sport competiotion in the world with a qualification process required to reduce the large field of countries from 211 to just 32.
Over many years, World Cup’s qualification has evolved, from having no qualification at all in 1930, when the tournament was invitational and only 13 temas entered, to the current two-year process. Some coaches have expereince training different teams but there are other that are going to be doing their debut on FIFA World Cup.
Aliou Cissé, Senegal

Aliou Cissé is a Senegalese football coach and former player. He previously played for English Priemier League club Birmingham City and later Portsmouth. He is the head coach of Senegal and he was also the assistant coach of the under-23 side from 2012 to 2013 and finally becoming head coach from 2013 to 2015.
Adam Nawałka, Poland

He is a retired Polish football player and now is the current manager of the Poland national football team. He played for the Polish national team and was a participant at the 1978 FIFA World Cup. Nawalka started to have recurrent injuries that eliminated him from the national team.
Mladen Krstajic, Serbia

Mladen Krstajić is a Serbian former footballer who played as a centre back. He represented Serbia and Montenegro at the 2006 FIFA World Cup. In 2017, Krstajić succeeded Slavoljub Muslin as coach of the Serbia national team, initially as a goalkeeper. It was announced he would take on the role permanently or at lest until the end o the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Nabil Maâloul, Tunisia

Nabil Maâloul is a Tunisian football coach and former footballer who was capped 74 times for his native country and participated in 1988 Summer Oplympics in Seoul. During his managerial career, he was in charge of two national teams: the Tunisian and Kuwaiti national football teams. He also managed clubs in Tunisia and Qatar.

Shin Tae-yong, South Korea

Shin Tae-yong is a former South Korean footballer who played as an attacking midfielder, he drafted for the Queensland Roar in the Australian A-League competition in 2005. He retired due to an ankle proble, he accepted to be coach at the club in which he assisted the coach at the time Miron Bleiberg primarily.
Janne Andersson, Sweden

Jan Olof "Janne" Andersson is a Swedish football coach, he is manager of the Sweden national team and he previously managed Alets IK, Laholms FK and Hamlstads BK. As Sweden headcoach he led the team to the 2018 FIFA World Cup after second in Group A and beating Italy 1-0.
Gernot Rohr, Nigeria

Juan Carlos Osorio, Mexico

Juan Carlos Osorio is a Colombian former footballer and current manager of the Mexico national team. Osorio held various assistant coaching jobs before beginning his managerial career. In 2015 he was named as the new manager of the Mexican national team.

During his playing career, he played for four of the most important teams in Argentina, he also has experience in Colombia with America de Cali, winning two league tittles and being runner-up of three Copa Libertadores.
